A day trip in to South Wales

On my recent trip* to the U.K. we took a day trip in to South Wales, over the M4 Severn Bridge and through magical places such as the Valleys, the Vale of Glamorgan and Swansea Bay, the Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula. We made a visit to Swansea, the birthplace of Dylan Thomas, and then drove up through the Brecon Beacons to see the magnificent isolated ruins of Castle Carreg Cennen. My Mum is Welsh, and Wales has always held a special place in my heart, so come along on a virtual visit, I hope you enjoy this beautiful magical land as much as I do! Cymru am byth!

*I’ve been referring to this trip as the B4 trip, Birthday + Brother + Bowie + Britain = Brilliant, as I decided to spend my birthday this year with my twin brother and to also treat myself to a ticket to the David Bowie is Exhibit in London, England.
